The family and I were heading out for a baseball game yesterday and noticed that our AC system wasn’t kicking on. I called Cool Co Heating and Air and they showed up 15 minutes later and had us back up and running before we headed to the game! If you’re looking for quality work at a fair price these are three guys!
Shane came and serviced my AC unit a few weeks ago. Not only did he do that but he went above and beyond to make sure ALL of my stuff was working properly! He cleaned around my AC unit outside, cleaned out the closet in the inside and checked my water heater while he was at it. Needless to say I have hot water and I’m nice and cool this summer! The best HVAC team in the North Texas Region!! They go out of their way to forecast potential issues and troubleshoot the systems for optimal performance. They are extremely fast in urgent response needs and very thorough in all they do. I use them in my commercial and residential HVAC needs and highly recommend them!
Top notch AC repair. I have been fortunate to have one of their techs in our neighborhood and he has worked on my unit twice now. Reliable, Friendly, and saw my problem through to resolution. The tech cut short his lunch to come fix my condenser and I highly recommend their business.
Travis and Shane came out to inspect my HVAC system, which had been retrofitted into my 1905-built home. Contacted Shane via text and got on his schedule. Shane showed up found my a/c issue and repaired it in just a few hours. Really nice that he backs his work as I had another company that supposedly fixed my a/c 6 months ago and they were at my place for more that 6 hours and it stopped cooling again. Definitely recommend using Cool Co

Shane is awesome! We noticed our AC wasn’t working properly so someone recommended Shane to us and we’re so thankful they did. He came out quickly and assessed the problem. He was honest and fair with what was wrong and immediately got us on his schedule to come back and make the repairs. Before leaving he made sure we had cool enough air to last until he could come back. We’re so glad Shane has moved back to his hometown! We’ve officially found our company for all of our future AC repairs!
