It’s been nice and cool this summer thanks to Cool Co. Shane, replaced and upgraded our old leaky system to a brand new unit with warranty. They brought me an entirely new system the next business day and even offered to buy a few window units to keep our home cool until then, but fortunately, we already had some. The best HVAC team in the North Texas Region!! They go out of their way to forecast potential issues and troubleshoot the systems for optimal performance. Contacted Shane via text and got on his schedule. Shane showed up found my a/c issue and repaired it in just a few hours. Really nice that he backs his work as I had another company that supposedly fixed my a/c 6 months ago and they were at my place for more that 6 hours and it stopped cooling again. It was already late afternoon when my air stopped cooling. Shane came as soon his appointments were finished and fixed the problem. He also checked everything else to make sure there would be no future problems. Shane’s a great guy and I know I can depend on him.
