Great work done by Shane Stone with Cool Co Heating & Air Conditioning. Hired him to do a maintenance job on an AC unit for me and he went above and beyond to get it working properly again. Thankfully, he got this done very quickly as we are in the dead of summer and it’s miserable without air-conditioning. I will be using Shane for every heating and air issue I have in the future!
The family and I were heading out for a baseball game yesterday and noticed that our AC system wasn’t kicking on. I called Cool Co Heating and Air and they showed up 15 minutes later and had us back up and running before we headed to the game! The best HVAC team in the North Texas Region!! They go out of their way to forecast potential issues and troubleshoot the systems for optimal performance. They are extremely fast in urgent response needs and very thorough in all they do. I use them in my commercial and residential HVAC needs and highly recommend them!

Just had Shane and his apprentice come.out to my house. After dealing with problem after problem from other unreliable companies he came out and did a marvelous job. Replaced with updated parts that the previous company’s said were not even able to get anymore. He did more for my house then anyone before I highly recommend this company. They have better rates, quality work, amazing customer service skills and will explain everything they did while they were therr and don’t mind you watching and giving you tips. Over all 5/5. Will be calling for all my repair work from now on.
HIGHLY recommend!! We had the best experience with Shane and his team for our full HVAC replacement. They were professional, quick, and very friendly. Not to mention, the most reasonably priced in our area. It is hard to find honest and good help these days… but they’re the real deal!
Upon entering the shop, we was greeted by a stifling wave of heat—the AC had malfunctioned. Without hesitation, we reached out to Shane, who assured us he’d inspect the issue that very afternoon. True to his word, Shane arrived about 30-40 minutes before we closed, ensuring our AC was up and running before the day’s end. His prompt and efficient service has earned our highest recommendation!
