Upon entering the shop, we was greeted by a stifling wave of heat—the AC had malfunctioned. Without hesitation, we reached out to Shane, who assured us he’d inspect the issue that very afternoon. True to his word, Shane arrived about 30-40 minutes before we closed, ensuring our AC was up and running before the day’s end. His prompt and efficient service has earned our highest recommendation!

5 stars isn’t enough. I was out of town and my daughters said one our unit for upstairs wasn’t cooling the upper part of the house. I reached out to Cool Co and they had someone there the next morning. They got the unit fixed up (so we thought) at an EXTREMELY fair price. Everything was going well until this finicky thing started making the most awful noise. I sent a text to who I believe may be the owner or manager and they were back at my house in less than an hour. Turns out we need some new parts. They communicated this with my daughter and then were very gracious to make sure they got a hold of me to talk me through what they think is wrong and how we can go about fixing it. They will be here next week to replace the part and see if that works. I would recommend Cool Co to EVERYONE. Absolutely wonderful service, communication and fair pricing. Great work done by Shane Stone with Cool Co Heating & Air Conditioning. Hired him to do a maintenance job on an AC unit for me and he went above and beyond to get it working properly again. Thankfully, he got this done very quickly as we are in the dead of summer and it’s miserable without air-conditioning. I will be using Shane for every heating and air issue I have in the future!

Contacted Shane via text and got on his schedule. Shane showed up found my a/c issue and repaired it in just a few hours. Really nice that he backs his work as I had another company that supposedly fixed my a/c 6 months ago and they were at my place for more that 6 hours and it stopped cooling again. Definitely recommend using Cool Co

Shane is awesome! We noticed our AC wasn’t working properly so someone recommended Shane to us and we’re so thankful they did. He came out quickly and assessed the problem. He was honest and fair with what was wrong and immediately got us on his schedule to come back and make the repairs. Before leaving he made sure we had cool enough air to last until he could come back. We’re so glad Shane has moved back to his hometown! We’ve officially found our company for all of our future AC repairs!

Top notch AC repair. I have been fortunate to have one of their techs in our neighborhood and he has worked on my unit twice now. Reliable, Friendly, and saw my problem through to resolution. The tech cut short his lunch to come fix my condenser and I highly recommend their business.
