Just had Shane and his apprentice come.out to my house. After dealing with problem after problem from other unreliable companies he came out and did a marvelous job. Replaced with updated parts that the previous company’s said were not even able to get anymore. He did more for my house then anyone before I highly recommend this company. They have better rates, quality work, amazing customer service skills and will explain everything they did while they were therr and don’t mind you watching and giving you tips. Over all 5/5. Will be calling for all my repair work from now on.

Had a mini split installed in my shop today. Great quick service. Very clean and professional after contacting several others Shane “understood the assignment” and did exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with this company!

We had our air go out in the dead middle of summer. We called Shane and he was at our house within an hour even though he was already on his way home to call it a day! It’s been nice and cool this summer thanks to Cool Co. Shane, replaced and upgraded our old leaky system to a brand new unit with warranty. They brought me an entirely new system the next business day and even offered to buy a few window units to keep our home cool until then, but fortunately, we already had some. He sent me a link to easily pay with my CC and offered financing too. Super easy, reliable and affordable service 👌

5 stars isn’t enough. I was out of town and my daughters said one our unit for upstairs wasn’t cooling the upper part of the house. I reached out to Cool Co and they had someone there the next morning. They got the unit fixed up (so we thought) at an EXTREMELY fair price. Everything was going well until this finicky thing started making the most awful noise. I sent a text to who I believe may be the owner or manager and they were back at my house in less than an hour. Turns out we need some new parts. They communicated this with my daughter and then were very gracious to make sure they got a hold of me to talk me through what they think is wrong and how we can go about fixing it. They will be here next week to replace the part and see if that works. I would recommend Cool Co to EVERYONE. Absolutely wonderful service, communication and fair pricing. Top notch AC repair. I have been fortunate to have one of their techs in our neighborhood and he has worked on my unit twice now. Reliable, Friendly, and saw my problem through to resolution. The tech cut short his lunch to come fix my condenser and I highly recommend their business.
