Just had Shane and his apprentice come.out to my house. After dealing with problem after problem from other unreliable companies he came out and did a marvelous job. Replaced with updated parts that the previous company’s said were not even able to get anymore. He did more for my house then anyone before I highly recommend this company. They have better rates, quality work, amazing customer service skills and will explain everything they did while they were therr and don’t mind you watching and giving you tips. Over all 5/5. Will be calling for all my repair work from now on.

Upon entering the shop, we was greeted by a stifling wave of heat—the AC had malfunctioned. Without hesitation, we reached out to Shane, who assured us he’d inspect the issue that very afternoon. True to his word, Shane arrived about 30-40 minutes before we closed, ensuring our AC was up and running before the day’s end. His prompt and efficient service has earned our highest recommendation!

It’s been nice and cool this summer thanks to Cool Co. Shane, replaced and upgraded our old leaky system to a brand new unit with warranty. They brought me an entirely new system the next business day and even offered to buy a few window units to keep our home cool until then, but fortunately, we already had some. He sent me a link to easily pay with my CC and offered financing too. Super easy, reliable and affordable service 👌

The family and I were heading out for a baseball game yesterday and noticed that our AC system wasn’t kicking on. Josh was first to come out and then we scheduled setup for a new system which was upgraded to a heat pump and new furnace system. Jared and Josh met the rest of their crew here this morning. With a complete install, fixed my flooring, and was completely done by 2:00 p.m. I honestly feel as though they went above and beyond for me. And they were extremely competitive with their pricing.
