Travis and Shane came out to inspect my HVAC system, which had been retrofitted into my 1905-built home. They identified all the issues causing poor airflow on the second floor and explained everything in detail. Shane was incredibly thorough, researching the layout of my home, the unit, and the ductwork to design a solution that fit our needs and budget perfectly. They were both super friendly, great with our kids and pets, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Thanks to their expertise, our upstairs airflow is now flawless. The best HVAC team in the North Texas Region!! They go out of their way to forecast potential issues and troubleshoot the systems for optimal performance. Josh was first to come out and then we scheduled setup for a new system which was upgraded to a heat pump and new furnace system. Jared and Josh met the rest of their crew here this morning. With a complete install, fixed my flooring, and was completely done by 2:00 p.m. I honestly feel as though they went above and beyond for me. And they were extremely competitive with their pricing. Our air conditioner went out and thankfully Kyle Jones recommended Shane. He contacted my husband on Easter Sunday and made arrangements to meet my husband and fixed us right away! 5 ⭐️service, professional and thorough! Checked everything to make sure we are ready for another Texas Summer!!!
It was already late afternoon when my air stopped cooling. Shane came as soon his appointments were finished and fixed the problem. He also checked everything else to make sure there would be no future problems. Shane’s a great guy and I know I can depend on him.
It’s been nice and cool this summer thanks to Cool Co. Shane, replaced and upgraded our old leaky system to a brand new unit with warranty. They brought me an entirely new system the next business day and even offered to buy a few window units to keep our home cool until then, but fortunately, we already had some. He sent me a link to easily pay with my CC and offered financing too. Super easy, reliable and affordable service 👌
Contacted Shane via text and got on his schedule. Shane showed up found my a/c issue and repaired it in just a few hours. Really nice that he backs his work as I had another company that supposedly fixed my a/c 6 months ago and they were at my place for more that 6 hours and it stopped cooling again. Shane came and serviced my AC unit a few weeks ago. Not only did he do that but he went above and beyond to make sure ALL of my stuff was working properly! He cleaned around my AC unit outside, cleaned out the closet in the inside and checked my water heater while he was at it. Needless to say I have hot water and I’m nice and cool this summer!
