Shane came and serviced my AC unit a few weeks ago. Not only did he do that but he went above and beyond to make sure ALL of my stuff was working properly! He cleaned around my AC unit outside, cleaned out the closet in the inside and checked my water heater while he was at it. Needless to say I have hot water and I’m nice and cool this summer! Shane is awesome! We noticed our AC wasn’t working properly so someone recommended Shane to us and we’re so thankful they did. He came out quickly and assessed the problem. He was honest and fair with what was wrong and immediately got us on his schedule to come back and make the repairs. Before leaving he made sure we had cool enough air to last until he could come back. We’re so glad Shane has moved back to his hometown! We’ve officially found our company for all of our future AC repairs!
Travis and Shane came out to inspect my HVAC system, which had been retrofitted into my 1905-built home. They identified all the issues causing poor airflow on the second floor and explained everything in detail. Shane was incredibly thorough, researching the layout of my home, the unit, and the ductwork to design a solution that fit our needs and budget perfectly. They were both super friendly, great with our kids and pets, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Thanks to their expertise, our upstairs airflow is now flawless. Great work done by Shane Stone with Cool Co Heating & Air Conditioning. Hired him to do a maintenance job on an AC unit for me and he went above and beyond to get it working properly again. Thankfully, he got this done very quickly as we are in the dead of summer and it’s miserable without air-conditioning. I will be using Shane for every heating and air issue I have in the future!
The family and I were heading out for a baseball game yesterday and noticed that our AC system wasn’t kicking on. I called Cool Co Heating and Air and they showed up 15 minutes later and had us back up and running before we headed to the game!
