They brought me an entirely new system the next business day and even offered to buy a few window units to keep our home cool until then, but fortunately, we already had some. Shane is awesome! We noticed our AC wasn’t working properly so someone recommended Shane to us and we’re so thankful they did. He came out quickly and assessed the problem. He was honest and fair with what was wrong and immediately got us on his schedule to come back and make the repairs. Before leaving he made sure we had cool enough air to last until he could come back. We’re so glad Shane has moved back to his hometown! We’ve officially found our company for all of our future AC repairs!

Our air conditioner went out and thankfully Kyle Jones recommended Shane. He contacted my husband on Easter Sunday and made arrangements to meet my husband and fixed us right away! 5 ⭐️service, professional and thorough! Checked everything to make sure we are ready for another Texas Summer!!!

It was already late afternoon when my air stopped cooling. Shane came as soon his appointments were finished and fixed the problem. He also checked everything else to make sure there would be no future problems. Shane’s a great guy and I know I can depend on him.

Josh was first to come out and then we scheduled setup for a new system which was upgraded to a heat pump and new furnace system. Jared and Josh met the rest of their crew here this morning. With a complete install, fixed my flooring, and was completely done by 2:00 p.m. I honestly feel as though they went above and beyond for me. And they were extremely competitive with their pricing. Had a mini split installed in my shop today. Great quick service. Very clean and professional after contacting several others Shane “understood the assignment” and did exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with this company!

5 stars isn’t enough. I was out of town and my daughters said one our unit for upstairs wasn’t cooling the upper part of the house. I reached out to Cool Co and they had someone there the next morning. They got the unit fixed up (so we thought) at an EXTREMELY fair price. Everything was going well until this finicky thing started making the most awful noise. I sent a text to who I believe may be the owner or manager and they were back at my house in less than an hour. Turns out we need some new parts. They communicated this with my daughter and then were very gracious to make sure they got a hold of me to talk me through what they think is wrong and how we can go about fixing it. They will be here next week to replace the part and see if that works. I would recommend Cool Co to EVERYONE. Absolutely wonderful service, communication and fair pricing. If you are in a bind or need regular maintenance I would highly suggest you give these guys a call. Thanks Cool Co and Team.
