Contacted Shane via text and got on his schedule. Shane showed up found my a/c issue and repaired it in just a few hours. Really nice that he backs his work as I had another company that supposedly fixed my a/c 6 months ago and they were at my place for more that 6 hours and it stopped cooling again. 5 stars isn’t enough. I was out of town and my daughters said one our unit for upstairs wasn’t cooling the upper part of the house. I reached out to Cool Co and they had someone there the next morning. They got the unit fixed up (so we thought) at an EXTREMELY fair price. Everything was going well until this finicky thing started making the most awful noise. I sent a text to who I believe may be the owner or manager and they were back at my house in less than an hour. Turns out we need some new parts. They communicated this with my daughter and then were very gracious to make sure they got a hold of me to talk me through what they think is wrong and how we can go about fixing it. They will be here next week to replace the part and see if that works. I would recommend Cool Co to EVERYONE. Absolutely wonderful service, communication and fair pricing. Shane is awesome! We noticed our AC wasn’t working properly so someone recommended Shane to us and we’re so thankful they did. He came out quickly and assessed the problem. He was honest and fair with what was wrong and immediately got us on his schedule to come back and make the repairs. Before leaving he made sure we had cool enough air to last until he could come back. We’re so glad Shane has moved back to his hometown! We’ve officially found our company for all of our future AC repairs!

We had our air go out in the dead middle of summer. We called Shane and he was at our house within an hour even though he was already on his way home to call it a day! Not only did he fix an ongoing issue with our AC unit, he was able to replace our thermostat on the spot and save the day. I highly recommend Cool Co. for all of your AC needs!
