We had our air go out in the dead middle of summer. We called Shane and he was at our house within an hour even though he was already on his way home to call it a day! Not only did he fix an ongoing issue with our AC unit, he was able to replace our thermostat on the spot and save the day. I highly recommend Cool Co. for all of your AC needs!

Great work done by Shane Stone with Cool Co Heating & Air Conditioning. Hired him to do a maintenance job on an AC unit for me and he went above and beyond to get it working properly again. Thankfully, he got this done very quickly as we are in the dead of summer and it’s miserable without air-conditioning. I will be using Shane for every heating and air issue I have in the future!

Shane came and serviced my AC unit a few weeks ago. Not only did he do that but he went above and beyond to make sure ALL of my stuff was working properly! He cleaned around my AC unit outside, cleaned out the closet in the inside and checked my water heater while he was at it. Needless to say I have hot water and I’m nice and cool this summer! Upon entering the shop, we was greeted by a stifling wave of heat—the AC had malfunctioned. Without hesitation, we reached out to Shane, who assured us he’d inspect the issue that very afternoon. True to his word, Shane arrived about 30-40 minutes before we closed, ensuring our AC was up and running before the day’s end. His prompt and efficient service has earned our highest recommendation!
The family and I were heading out for a baseball game yesterday and noticed that our AC system wasn’t kicking on. Contacted Shane via text and got on his schedule. Shane showed up found my a/c issue and repaired it in just a few hours. Really nice that he backs his work as I had another company that supposedly fixed my a/c 6 months ago and they were at my place for more that 6 hours and it stopped cooling again.
