I own a cleaning business and was at a clients house cleaning and Cool Co showed up to fix their AC. They were very professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with their honesty and felt very comfortable with Shane Stone and his company.

It was already late afternoon when my air stopped cooling. Shane came as soon his appointments were finished and fixed the problem. He also checked everything else to make sure there would be no future problems. Shane’s a great guy and I know I can depend on him.

Just had Shane and his apprentice come.out to my house. After dealing with problem after problem from other unreliable companies he came out and did a marvelous job. Replaced with updated parts that the previous company’s said were not even able to get anymore. He did more for my house then anyone before I highly recommend this company. They have better rates, quality work, amazing customer service skills and will explain everything they did while they were therr and don’t mind you watching and giving you tips. Over all 5/5. Will be calling for all my repair work from now on.

HIGHLY recommend!! We had the best experience with Shane and his team for our full HVAC replacement. They were professional, quick, and very friendly. Not to mention, the most reasonably priced in our area. It is hard to find honest and good help these days… but they’re the real deal!

Jerry and Josh came out and replaced the coils of my AC unit and did a remarkable job! They were very polite and very efficient! I will be recommending this company to everyone I know!

Great work done by Shane Stone with Cool Co Heating & Air Conditioning. Hired him to do a maintenance job on an AC unit for me and he went above and beyond to get it working properly again. Thankfully, he got this done very quickly as we are in the dead of summer and it’s miserable without air-conditioning. I will be using Shane for every heating and air issue I have in the future!

5 stars isn’t enough. I was out of town and my daughters said one our unit for upstairs wasn’t cooling the upper part of the house. I reached out to Cool Co and they had someone there the next morning. They got the unit fixed up (so we thought) at an EXTREMELY fair price. Everything was going well until this finicky thing started making the most awful noise. I sent a text to who I believe may be the owner or manager and they were back at my house in less than an hour. Turns out we need some new parts. They communicated this with my daughter and then were very gracious to make sure they got a hold of me to talk me through what they think is wrong and how we can go about fixing it. They will be here next week to replace the part and see if that works. I would recommend Cool Co to EVERYONE. Absolutely wonderful service, communication and fair pricing. If you are in a bind or need regular maintenance I would highly suggest you give these guys a call. Thanks Cool Co and Team.

Shane came and serviced my AC unit a few weeks ago. Not only did he do that but he went above and beyond to make sure ALL of my stuff was working properly! He cleaned around my AC unit outside, cleaned out the closet in the inside and checked my water heater while he was at it. Needless to say I have hot water and I’m nice and cool this summer! Thanks so much Cool Co! I appreciate you taking care of me!

Josh was first to come out and then we scheduled setup for a new system which was upgraded to a heat pump and new furnace system. Jared and Josh met the rest of their crew here this morning. With a complete install, fixed my flooring, and was completely done by 2:00 p.m. I honestly feel as though they went above and beyond for me. And they were extremely competitive with their pricing. Contacted Shane via text and got on his schedule. Shane showed up found my a/c issue and repaired it in just a few hours. Really nice that he backs his work as I had another company that supposedly fixed my a/c 6 months ago and they were at my place for more that 6 hours and it stopped cooling again. Definitely recommend using Cool Co
