This team is so professional and down to earth, it’s great to have someone like this to work with when you are stressing about your AC needs. We found an issue that was caused by the developers taking short cuts and thought we needed a whole new system. These guys rolled up their sleeves and fixed it for us at a very fair price. I own a cleaning business and was at a clients house cleaning and Cool Co showed up to fix their AC. They were very professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with their honesty and felt very comfortable with Shane Stone and his company.

It was already late afternoon when my air stopped cooling. Shane came as soon his appointments were finished and fixed the problem. He also checked everything else to make sure there would be no future problems. Shane’s a great guy and I know I can depend on him.

5 stars isn’t enough. I was out of town and my daughters said one our unit for upstairs wasn’t cooling the upper part of the house. I reached out to Cool Co and they had someone there the next morning. They got the unit fixed up (so we thought) at an EXTREMELY fair price. Everything was going well until this finicky thing started making the most awful noise. I sent a text to who I believe may be the owner or manager and they were back at my house in less than an hour. Turns out we need some new parts. They communicated this with my daughter and then were very gracious to make sure they got a hold of me to talk me through what they think is wrong and how we can go about fixing it. They will be here next week to replace the part and see if that works. I would recommend Cool Co to EVERYONE. Absolutely wonderful service, communication and fair pricing. If you are in a bind or need regular maintenance I would highly suggest you give these guys a call. Thanks Cool Co and Team.

Great work done by Shane Stone with Cool Co Heating & Air Conditioning. Hired him to do a maintenance job on an AC unit for me and he went above and beyond to get it working properly again. Thankfully, he got this done very quickly as we are in the dead of summer and it’s miserable without air-conditioning. I will be using Shane for every heating and air issue I have in the future!

It’s been nice and cool this summer thanks to Cool Co. Shane, replaced and upgraded our old leaky system to a brand new unit with warranty. They brought me an entirely new system the next business day and even offered to buy a few window units to keep our home cool until then, but fortunately, we already had some.
