Shane came and serviced my AC unit a few weeks ago. Not only did he do that but he went above and beyond to make sure ALL of my stuff was working properly! He cleaned around my AC unit outside, cleaned out the closet in the inside and checked my water heater while he was at it. Needless to say I have hot water and I’m nice and cool this summer! Contacted Shane via text and got on his schedule. Shane showed up found my a/c issue and repaired it in just a few hours. Really nice that he backs his work as I had another company that supposedly fixed my a/c 6 months ago and they were at my place for more that 6 hours and it stopped cooling again. It’s been nice and cool this summer thanks to Cool Co. Shane, replaced and upgraded our old leaky system to a brand new unit with warranty. They brought me an entirely new system the next business day and even offered to buy a few window units to keep our home cool until then, but fortunately, we already had some. He sent me a link to easily pay with my CC and offered financing too. Super easy, reliable and affordable service 👌
It was already late afternoon when my air stopped cooling. Shane came as soon his appointments were finished and fixed the problem. He also checked everything else to make sure there would be no future problems. Shane’s a great guy and I know I can depend on him.
